Disembarked at Alexandria, 3 January 1916.

Returned to duty and taken on strength of 11th Light Horse Regiment, Heliopolis, Egypt, 20 March 1916; reverted to Lance Corporal, 20 March 1916.

Promoted to temporary Corporal, 23 April 1916; transferred to Training Squadron, 23 April 1916.

Marched into Corps Troops and General Base Depot, Tel-el-Kebir, 26 April 1916.
