Reverted to Gunner, 27 September 1918 On course at Devonport, 14 October 1918; returned to Training Depot from course, 2 November 1918. Admitted to hospital, 3 November 1918 (no details); rejoined Depot, 29 November 1918. Proceeded overseas to France, 28 January 1919; taken on strength, 1st Siege Battery, 7 February 1919. Found guilty, 23 March 1919, of being absent without leave from 2200, 22 March, to 0015, 23 March 1919, and of conduct to the prejudice of good order and military discipline by creating a disturbance: awarded 5 days' Field Punishment No. 2. Arrived in England, 18 April 1919 (boxing duty), and attached to AIF HQ (sports).
