Transferred to 1st DAC Headquarters, 6 May 1918; to No. 1 Section, 3 June 1918. Appointed Shoeing Smith to complete establishment, 20 October 1918.

Admitted to 3rd Australian Field Ambulance (influenza), 31 October 1918, and transferred to 3rd Australian General Hospital, Abbeville. Returned to duty, 19 November 1918.

Marched out from unit to commence return to Australia, 11 April 1919; marched out to England, 17 April 1919. Commenced return to Australia on board 'Port Darwin', 12 June 1919. Disembarked Melbourne, 27 July 1919; discharged, 26 August 1919.
