Found guilty, 1 May 1917, of conduct to the prejudice of good order and military discipline in that he was creating a disturbance in the YMCA Hut at Albert: awarded 7 days' Field Punishment No 2. Admitted to 5th Division Rest Station, 12 May 1917 (debility); discharged to duty, 20 May 1917; rejoined unit, 30 May 1917.
