Admitted to 1st Australian General Hospital, Heliopolis, 28 February 1916 (asthma); transferred to Ras el Tin Convalescent Depot, Alexandria, 23 March 1916; to 2nd Australian General Hospital, Ghezireh, 1 April 1916; discharged from hospital, 17 April 1916.
