Admitted to Bde Clearing Hospital, Codford, 27 August 1918; marched into 14th Training Bn, Codford, 30 August 1918.

Transferred to 56th Bn reinforcements, 29 September 1918.

Died, Sutton Veny Military Hospital, 22 October 1918 (influenza, and pneumonia).

Transferred to Artillery Details, 7 October 1918, and marched out to Reserve Bde Australian Artillery, Heytesbury.

Buried, St John the Evangelist Cemetery, Sutton Veny, 26 October 1918.
