Notes: Two ships sailed with men from the 5th Field Ambulance and from Embarkation Records it is not possible to distinguish exactly which ship each man sailed on. They are: 'Ajana' from Sydney on 31 May 1915 carried 3 Officers and 98 men and the 'Ceramic from Sydney on 25 June 1915 carried 3 Officers and 129 men.
