Transferred to No. 3 Australian Auxiliary Hospital, Dartford, 13 June 1917. Granted furlough, 25 June 1917, to report to No. 2 Command Depot, Weymouth, 9 July 1917.

Proceeded overseas to France, 15 August 1917; rejoined unit, 3 September 1917.

Commenced return to Australia on board HT 'Port Macquarie', 28 March 1919; disembarked Melbourne, 26 May 1919; discharged, 20 July 1919.
