Embarked Rouen on HS 'Essequibo' and proceeded to England for further treatment, 25 September 1917; admitted to Bath War Hospital, 26 September 1917 (abrasion, left hand); transferred to 1st Auxiliary Hospital, Harefield, 27 October 1917; discharged on furlough, 12 December 1917.
