'For conspicuously efficient and gallant service, and devotion to duty, during the period 16th September, 1918 to 11th November, 1918. Corporal HENRY has invariably displayed gallantry, determination, leadership and devotion to duty in action. He has particularly distinguished himself by his excellent work when in charge of a Lewis Gun Section. This Non Commissioned Officer has also done very good work when out of the line. He has been a most inspiring example to his comrades by whom he is held in the highest esteem.'
