Medals |
Military Medal 'For conspicuous gallantry and continuous good work. This man has done remarkably good work during the period September to November, 1918. Owing to the shortage of Officers and N.C.O.s at one period during the rapid advance, this man organised and took charge of the forward limber lines and under heavy harassing fire showed great initiative and courage. His courage and cheerfulness at all times has had a most inspiring influence on his comrades.'
