Military Medal 'During the attack on the HINDENBURG LINE before REINCOURT on 3rd May Private O'SULLIVAN after mortars had taken up positions in enemy first line, made several trips to the rear under heavy shell fire to guide reinforcements to mortars. His coolness and devotion to duty in guiding parties was most praiseworthy.'
