Court of Enquiry, held in the field, 4 August 1917, pronounced fate as 'Killed in Action, 19 July 1916'.

Red Cross File No 500206 has statement from searcher/interviewe D.P. DICKSON, 7 November 1916 ('I forgot to put down name of Informant'): [BRADLEY] Was killed by a shell at Fleurbaix about 3.30 p.m. Was in a dug-out and it was blown up. He was buried just behind the lines.'
