Embarked Sydney, 17 October 1916, on board HMAT A30 'Borda'; admitted to ship's hospital, 13 December 1916; discharged from ship's hospital, 30 December 1916; total period of treatment for venereal disease: 18 days; disembarked Plymouth, England, 9 January 1917; marched into Australian Army Service Corps Training Depot, Parkhouse, 10 January 1917.
