Admitted to hospital, 6 October 1917 (diarrhoea); marched in to Rouelles, 17 January 1918; marched out, Rouelles, 10 February 1918; rejoined Bn in the field, 14 February 1918. Admitted to hospital, 10 April 1918 (muscular rheumatism); transferred to England, 19 May 1918, and admitted to King George Hospital, London, 19 May 1918; transferred to 3rd Auxiliary Hospital, Dartford, 28 May 1918; marched out to No 3 Command Depot, Hurdcott, 25 June, 1918; marched in from No 4 Command Depot, 14 August 1918; marched out to Overseas Training Brigade, 26 August 1918.
