Admitted to 15th Field Ambulance, 7 February 1918 (blockage of salivary duct); transferred to 22nd General Hospital, Camiers, 11 February 1918; to 6th Convalescent Depot, 15 March 1918 (varicose veins, leg); to 5th Convalescent Depot, 19 March 1918; discharged to Base Depot, 30 March 1918; rejoined unit, 26 April 1918. On leave to England, 31 July 1918; rejoined unit from leave, 21 August 1918.
