Admitted to 1st Light Horse Field Ambulance, El Arish, 27 December 1916; transferred to 3rd Light Horse Field Ambulance, 28 December 1916 (diarrhoea); discharged from hospital and rejoined unit, 4 January 1917.

Marched out to Rest Camp, Port Said, 19 August 1917; rejoined unit from Rest Camp, 29 August 1917.
